The Inverted Orthotic Technique is a manufacturing process that podiatrists use in helping patients with over pronation and its manifestation of flat feet. The technique creates a varus force on the heel and rear foot and not only raises the arch, but has an effect on the ankle, leg, knee, hip and low back. I will be addressing questions and learning myself from reader's feedback. Please address questions to rlb756@gmail.com. Thank you. Rich
Normally, the attempt made is to stand the heel straight up, but there are many exceptions to that rule
